This marks our second successful sale to SURGE, following the placement of Quintani in April 2024. Both transactions reflect not only Bridl’s international reach, but also the growing demand for elite showjumpers in the Indian sport horse market.

Mowgli C was bred by B.J. Heringa & MTS Heringa - Courville Hoeve and based in the UK prior to his sale. With experience up to 1.45m and the scope for more, he was the ideal candidate for an ambitious international buyer looking to expand their FEI-level string.
His rideability, power, and competition consistency made him stand out in our catalog and an excellent choice for a serious sport stable looking to invest in future Grand Prix potential.
The Buyer: SURGE Stables, India 🇮🇳
Based in Bengaluru, SURGE Stables is fast becoming one of India’s premier private equestrian programs, specializing in the training and production of both horses and riders for national and international competition. This is Bridl’s second placement with SURGE, following the sale of Quintani, a talented 8-year-old gelding by Quintin x Cartani, who joined the stable in April 2024. With Mowgli C, they now add a top-quality stallion to their string one with a clear international trajectory.
