The trial took place at Barcelona Polo Club, attended by Bridl’s CEO, the buyer, and the seller, ensuring a seamless transaction.
Background:
Centuri, a 13-year-old Selle Français gelding, boasts an exceptional pedigree, being sired by the renowned Mylord Carthago and out of Kim De Dampierre (by Qualisco III). His lineage, known for producing elite jumpers, has contributed to his strength, agility, and competitive mindset in the international show jumping circuit.
This outstanding horse has proven himself at 1.45m level competitions, earning €6,531 in prize money and securing multiple top placings across Europe. His consistency and rideability made him a highly desirable option for competitive riders seeking a reliable and talented partner.

Finding the Right Match:
The buyer was introduced to Bridl through a referral from a past client who had successfully acquired a top horse through our services. From the initial discussions, it was clear they were seeking a proven and consistent competitor at the 1.30m-1.35m level.
We held a series of Zoom calls over several weeks to gain an in-depth understanding of their needs, discuss budget considerations, and refine our search.
Through an extensive selection process, we shortlisted several horses that matched their criteria. The buyer then traveled to Europe, accompanied by a Bridl representative, to try multiple horses in different locations.
While all the shortlisted horses were strong candidates, we strongly recommended Centuri as the best fit based on rideability, temperament, and competition experience.
The Trial at Barcelona Polo Club:
