  • Job description

Bridl exists to make sport horse sales feel clear, modern, and worthy of the horses. We’re a boutique, founder-led sport horse sales and advisory brand built on a simple belief: transparency isn’t a tagline it’s the advantage.

We match exceptional horses and serious riders through a trust-first process—thoughtful fit, clean communication, and premium client experience.

Bridl is also media-first. Our content isn’t “marketing for marketing’s sake” it’s how we educate the market, build trust, and create demand.

We’re hiring a Head of Social Media to own the creative direction and execution system across channels: develop strong concepts, translate strategy into a repeatable content machine, and ensure every piece of content ships—on brand, on schedule, and optimized for performance.

This role is for a creative operator: equal parts ideas + taste + execution.

  • Job responsibilities

  • Own Bridl’s social strategy across channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Shorts, LinkedIn) with clear goals and weekly outputs.

  • Develop a consistent creative direction: series concepts, hooks, formats, and storytelling frameworks that fit Bridl’s luxury-trust voice.

  • Build and run the publishing engine: content calendar, approvals, scheduling, posting, community management workflows, and QA.

  • Turn raw moments into scalable content: repurpose long-form into short-form, clip selection, captions, thumbnails, posting cadence.

  • Lead ideation and pre-production: shot lists, prompts for the founder/agents, templates, and on-site capture plans at barns/shows/trials.

  • Collaborate with sales/advisory to translate inventory + client stories into content that drives qualified inbound leads.

  • Establish brand standards: tone of voice, visual consistency, do/don’t guidelines, and a repeatable review process.

  • Track performance and iterate: weekly reporting, testing hooks/formats, doubling down on what works, retiring what doesn’t.

  • Manage/coordinate creators and vendors as needed (editors, shooters, designers) and keep deliverables moving.

  • Maintain a content library and systems (asset organization, naming conventions, rights/permissions, release forms as needed).

  • Job requirements

  • Proven experience leading social media for a brand, founder, or media property (portfolio/examples required).

  • Strong creative instincts: you can generate original series ideas and execute them into repeatable formats.

  • Operational excellence: content calendars, deadlines, approvals, and shipping consistently is non-negotiable.

  • Deep understanding of short-form storytelling (hooks, pacing, retention, trend adaptation without losing brand).

  • Skilled copywriting and editing judgment (captions, overlays, headlines, CTAs) with premium brand sensibility.

  • Comfort directing talent (founder/agents) and turning real-life moments into content without making it feel staged.

  • Analytics fluency: you can interpret performance and run experiments (not just report numbers).

  • Familiarity with tools like Notion/Asana/Trello, Google Drive/Dropbox, and scheduling platforms; bonus for CapCut/Premiere/Final Cut.

  • Bonus (not required): equestrian knowledge, sport/luxury brand background, international audience experience, on-camera confidence.
