  • Job description

Bridl exists to make sport horse sales feel clear, modern, and worthy of the horses.

We’re a boutique, founder-led brand built on a simple belief: transparency isn’t a tagline: it’s the advantage. We represent exceptional horses and serious riders with a process designed for trust: the right match, clean communication, and a client experience that feels calm, confident, and premium.

Bridl is also media-first. We use storytelling, education, and behind-the-scenes access to bring clarity to a market that often runs on whispers. The result is an ecosystem where content builds trust, trust builds demand, and demand creates great outcomes for horses, clients, and the agents who represent them.

This is a commission-based role with meaningful upside and a clear path to expanded responsibility for high performers (team leadership, key accounts, partnerships, and broader roles across the Bridl ecosystem).

  • Confidence working commission-based with a builder mindset and long-term ambition.
